Tuesday February 2 in the evening, four schoolboys of 14 years, of which three girls, unknown of police’s services, have been placed in police custody during about eight hours in a Parisian police after having attacked and insulted a young schoolgirl of 16 years in the exit of the Gambetta college, in the 20éme precinct of Paris.
The parents of one of challenged them judged the disproportionate procedure…
“I understand very well that one asks for the explanations after a fight, that there is a convocation in the police. But I find the device of questioning in the domicile followed of one completely disproportionate police custody”
But seriously or one go? Don’t these parents find disproportionate to attack a person to four? Personally I wonder what these parents have in the head to dare to take a similar enormity well!
Me 14 years or not it is during 24 hours that I would have kept them and in more I would have put the parents with. I sincerely think that the development of the violent character of our young must be dammed up seriously and for it it is necessary to start with putting a little order in the parental authority!
Good to know that in France and according to the law of course a child of 13 to 16 years can be placed in police custody during 24 hours, if some indications let think that he/it committed tempted either to commit an infringement.
Finally brief again an example of France in which we live…

A 14 ans j’ai mis une tête au carré à un gars de mon age qui m’a dit que j’étais une tête de con, je l’ai traité de fils de pute, pour une procédure en bonne et due forme!
se qui devait arrivé arriva, il m’a poussé, je lui ai mis un coup de boule. Affaire close !
